Our founder

The brand was founded by Ollie Payne, a UK-based neurorehabilitation specialist and behaviour-focused personal trainer. With over a decade of experience working in complex rehabilitation, his work centres on helping people rebuild structure, health, and performance through evidence-based methods.

Through both professional experience and personal challenges, he saw first hand how often health is approached the wrong way, with quick fixes, misinformation, and short-term thinking. urfoob was created in response to that.
