Order Processing Time 

As soon as you have purchased an item, urfoob will notify you that they have received your order. Order processing time may vary depending on where the item being purchased is located and how quickly the supplier receives the order from urfoob. Please all up to 3 days for your order to be processed. If you have not received confirmation that your order has been processed, please contact info@urfoob.com. 

Shipping Rates 

Shipping rates vary depending on where the product is located and where the product is going to be delivered to. Different couriers may also be used for shipping which may also affect the shipping rates. Generally, orders will be shipped with the standard UK ROYAL MAIL 1ST CLASS SMALL PARCEL rate of £4.99, further charges may apply if the package weighs more than 2kg. urfoob also uses AMAZON MARKETPLACE as a main supplier in which delivery fees will reflect the delivery fee and times from AMAZON. 

International Shipping (outside of the UK)

At this point in time, urfoob does not offer shipping to locations outside of the United Kingdom (UK). Any order made to a destination outside of the UK will be cancelled by urfoob. 

Free Shipping Thresholds 

Any order made that exceeds £60 will be entitled to free shipping. This will be automatically updated when you go to the checkout. 

Order Tracking 

Upon placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation email meaning that urfoob has received the order. When the order has been placed, the customer will get email updates when the order has been shipped and is out for delivery. Customers will receive order tracking information from urfoob as soon as it is available. Please note that some shipping couriers do not allow order tracking via GPS. Customers can also track their delivery if they have a SHOP account and have placed their order through SHOP.
